Refund Policy

Important notice

Many LasMeta actions settle on Soneium (chain id 1868). Blockchain transfers, gas fees, and contract writes are generally irreversible. This policy explains what we can and cannot unwind after you sign a transaction.

1. General policy

Digital cosmetics, seasons, or token utilities purchased through official LasMeta flows are final once delivered or once the underlying transaction is confirmed on-chain. Gas spent to broadcast transactions is paid to the network, not to LasMeta, and is never refundable by us.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

The non-refundable nature of our products and services applies under the following conditions:

• • NFT Minting: Each NFT purchased through our Services is minted on the blockchain and permanently recorded immediately upon completion of the transaction. Once minted, the transaction cannot be reversed or undone, and no refund can be processed.
• • Transfer of Ownership: Upon completion of the transaction, ownership of the NFT is irrevocably transferred to the buyer. This transfer is final, and no refund or exchange is possible after ownership rights have been assigned.
• • Digital Products: Some NFTs may be subject to time limitations and may expire or become unusable. The non-refundable status of such digital products remains valid.
• • Token Transactions: All $LASM token transactions are recorded on the blockchain and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

3. No Exceptions

Given the immutable nature of blockchain transactions and the unique properties of NFTs, LasMeta is unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• • Technical Issues: Problems with accessing or using the Game or Services, including but not limited to compatibility issues, bugs, or malfunctions.
• • Change of Mind: Deciding that you no longer want or need the NFT or digital product you purchased.
• • Unauthorized Transactions: It is the user's responsibility to secure their account and payment methods. Transactions made under your account are considered authorized by you.
• • Market Price Fluctuations: Changes in the perceived value of digital assets or $LASM tokens.
• • Platform Updates: Changes to platform features, policies, or functionality.

4. User Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all transactions are intentional, authorized, and carefully considered before proceeding with the purchase. Due to the permanent nature of blockchain transactions, users are strongly advised to verify all transaction details, including wallet addresses, token amounts, and NFT selections, before completing a purchase.

5. Disputed Transactions

If you believe a transaction on your account was unauthorized or erroneous, you should immediately contact our support team at [email protected] or through our in-game support feature. While we cannot process a refund, we will conduct an investigation into the matter and take appropriate measures to assist you, which may include reporting the issue to relevant authorities or implementing internal measures to prevent further unauthorized transactions.

6. Legal Compliance

LasMeta operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding digital transactions and consumer rights. However, due to the nature of our blockchain-based Services, traditional consumer protection laws regarding refunds may not apply. This Policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure that all users understand the non-refundable nature of our products.

7. Blockchain Immutability

The blockchain technology underlying our platform provides transparency and security but also creates certain limitations:

• • Transaction Irreversibility: Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed or modified.
• • Public Record: All transactions are publicly visible and permanently recorded.
• • Smart Contract Execution: Smart contracts execute automatically and cannot be stopped once initiated.
• • Network Consensus: Transactions require network consensus and cannot be unilaterally reversed.

8. Alternative Solutions

While refunds are not possible, we may offer alternative solutions in certain circumstances:

• • Technical Support: Assistance with technical issues or platform access problems.
• • Account Recovery: Help recovering access to compromised accounts.
• • Educational Resources: Information about blockchain technology and digital asset ownership.
